Chihuly in the Hotshop
HD Premiere, NYC Premiere

Synopsis:
Dale Chihuly reunites forty glassblowers from important periods of his career and invites them to work with him during a weeklong residency at the Museum of Glass in Tacoma, Washington. Working in a zone that can only be described as controlled chaos, Chihuly and his teams revisit his best known series, some of the most influential glass made in the twentieth century. The documentary reveals the depth and breadth of Chihuly's more than thirty year career of contemporary glassmaking, set to a soundtrack by the Tom Tom Club.
