Director Biography

My name is soo-yun Jang and I’m from Seoul, South Korea, I was born in 1976.
Since I was a child, I loved to watch animation, read comic books and play games. They gave me diverse experiences of journey to other worlds and freedom. After I entered University, I had an opportunity to watch a movie called ‘Toy Story’ and play a game ‘Tekken.’ The animation and game used 3D graphics incredibly well for its visualizations. I was really impressed by those visualizations and I was convinced that 3D graphics would be one of the most important methods to express strong visualization for Game and Animation. I decided to go abroad to study and entered Academy of Art University. I graduated the school last summer and now working for a game company as a character animator. In the future I want to be a person who can create an animation which is enjoyable for everybody from children to adults of all ages.
