Director Biography

Matthieu Silberstein wrote, produced and directed 4 short films through his own company Fée du Cinema, which he created in 2002. After three years of cinema studies in La Sorbonne, he got a scholarship to study in NYU during the summer session 2005. While he was in New York, he took a class of cinematography in the New York Film Academy. Since 2005, he keeps opening his field : he made a photo project about New York City where he came back three times, he worked with a theater company as a video artist, he travelled, and
multiplied the small jobs, because there's a living to make ! Today, he starts to work as an AD on french film production.
Now, he's trying to produce his next short ("an'another night.") and is still working on the script of his first feature film ("The three travelers"). See you soon... ?
