In 2002 he was approached by singer/songwriter Byron Zanos to produce the artist's first solo album "Better Safe Than Sorry". The album included such songs as "Sweet Melancholy" and "Pieces Missing", which immediately received praise amongst Zanos' fans. One year later Zanos and Valavanis collaborated for a second time on 2003's "Down For You".

In 2006 George began working closely with producer Jaw Maran and executive producer Kentaro Yoshi for LSE Productions and Pop Up Sounds Japan. He composed 3 remixes for EMI's "Mild Miles" album, "Utsoirio" with reknown shakuhachi player Douzan Yamamoto for Suntory Whiskey's Tokyo Midtown Project, and remixed several tracks for Qewpie Japan.

This year George worked with Krysta Youngs on her debut album "Stories" for which he remixed "Untold" the album's first single. He is currently wrapping production on his next album and is in preproduction on Blue Fang Games next generation title.
