A small plant is mutated into a giant monster and takes over the City of Tel Aviv.  

Shtil is a music video for the Israeli cult band "Infectsia".
Hellanimation (Amit Chachek & Gil Gavish) contacted the band and offered to make them a free music video for the Song after seeing them perform it at one of their Shows. The band agreed to let us use their song and gave us total artistic freedom.

We started working on the music video early 2007, the concept was that a little ugly plant is urinated on by a Demon Dog and is then mutated into a Godzilla like monster that takes over the city of Tel Aviv. Since we were doing the video pro bono and there was no budget for it, we decided to go with a dirty "home made" look, which meant shooting with Shaky hand held D.V. cams. Although this decision was cost effective it made it much more challenging when we got to the compositing stage.
The two of us worked on the music video for about a year and a half in between other projects. Shtil was completed mid 2008.
